Shipping Policy

Processing times
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receipt of your order confirmation and payment.

Delivery times and costs
We offer delivery to France and the European Union. Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Metropolitan France : 2 to 5 working days

• European Union : 4 to 10 working days

• International (outside EU) : 7 to 20 working days

Please note that delivery times are given as an indication and may vary depending on the carrier or circumstances beyond our control (strikes, customs delays, etc.).

Carriers
We work mainly with La Poste / Colissimo , Mondial Relay And Chronopost to ensure fast and secure delivery.

Order tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can track your package directly on the carrier's website.

Delivery delays and problems

Incorrect address
Please carefully check the accuracy of your delivery address when ordering. We cannot be held responsible for undelivered orders due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
